Please Correct the ErrorS Highlighted Below and Try Submitting the Form Again

• I'one thousand having the error message even though i make full out all the questions that are required and on the review page doesn't display where to fix.

  Sometimes let you lot submit the form even if the error message comes up. One-time how many times fix the question it is asking to gear up/fill, information technology doesn't let you submit.

And so comes to the cease, "Review & Submit".  It looks fine, so click on "Submit", and the error message comes upwardly.  I tested on my Mac (Chrome), fifty-fifty though the mistake bulletin comes upwardly, information technology went through.  Just when I tested on my PC with Chrome, information technology persists at that place is error, but neither I could locate missed questions nor any indications of where the problems.

  When I tried to fill the form on my Mac, I could brand it through and I could submit the class at the end giving me the mistake bulletin though.

  So somewhere I have my condition logic conflicts, I tin can't locate where yet.

  On PC (windows), the users seem to have problem to submit the form sometimes.  The error messages persist not to let them submit, fifty-fifty though they said they fix the answers.

• I am using windows on my laptop, simply I tin still non replicate the issue. I cloned for grade again and made several tests. But once I saw the fault message but the form was submitted successfully.

  I checked your weather and information technology is possible that one of the Unrequire conditions is triggering the mistake message. Can you please endeavour to disable Unrequire conditions and test the grade once again. Please note that you exercise not take to Unrequire fields that are hidden with weather logic. If the required field is hidden you should still be able to submit the class.

  I lifted allUnrequire weather condition out, and tried.  The issue is the aforementioned, i even so become the error message.

  My colleague told me when she answered "Yes" on #16, "Do you take Piece of work Experience?", and she half filled series of questions and come back to the #16, and answered "No", at the end she got the error bulletin and any she does, she couldn't submit the form.

  The last time that I faced the same kind of issues, asked question and one of your colleague told me to practice:

  I accept just gone through your form and noted that you accept setup conditions to hide required fields. This volition cause the error since once the field is hidden and you take ready it to required then the field is not filled causing the error.

  Its always recommended to setup fields you need to Hide/Show using conditions as united nations-required or use conditional logic to set field as un-required one time its hidden.

• I'm using besides a windows on my laptop,I tried to replicate the issue by following your instructions but I can't seem to replicate it at my finish.

  Errors would be seen on my preview when I tried to submit my grade.

  I cloned the problematic course and narrow down to the source of problem question.  It is "Currently Working 1*".  When you lot answered "Yes" and permit you lot submit without the mistake message.  Simply when you answered "No", You accept to respond those extra questions, "Appointment of Employed To 1*" and "Reason for leaving 1*".  Affair is no matter yous answered those questions, at the terminate it will allow you submit the form simply it yet gives y'all the fault bulletin.

• I was able to reproduce the problem. Although the form submits, it still shows the error message.

  Based on my observation, information technology is the required config list widget that triggers the error. When it is shown and its value isn't changed, then you decide to switch to some other reply that hides it, it nonetheless asks a value when you submit the form.

  I have tried on Mac OS/Chrome and Windows/Chrome.

  

  The issue seems to happen if you click Aye (this will show the required field) and so change the answer to that question to No (this volition hide the required field).

  When you go back and forth with the problematic questions (Yes/No)-Question #21, 36 and maybe 54.  When have choices and once going the other way and come back again and respond otherwise. Then get the error message.

• I tried it on the cloned version of your form post-obit the provided steps, I could not reproduce the trouble. The form submits without any error.

  I cleared your course cache once again, could yous please try it again on your end? The update applies to all the forms so it should work for your other forms, not unless there's another issue.

  I cleared form cache and tried the course again and failed. And I saw the your submitted test answers. Yous have to answer #16, "Yep", and answer #21 to recreate the trouble.  Information technology seems let you go if you answer "No" and answer questions. Merely if you go back and forth the "Yep/No" questions on #21 and become with "Yes" reply, at the end you'll get error message.

• I followed your steps and I replicated the issue. In that location was an error but the review earlier submit widget did not capture information technology and I was able to submit the class.

  

  I tested the grade again and I call up, the error was when I filled upwards some fields, I was using numbers instead of messages that may accept triggered the mistake.

  

  Can you please try your form again, and follow the required inputs of each fields.

  Still get the bulletin and can't submit information technology. When you lot answer #21 question, "No" showtime and get back to #21 and answer, this time "Yes", and proceed.  Same to Question #36. I think either i causing problems.

  Become back to those very questions and answer "No" and fill required question, resolve it and let me submit it.

• I am still having a difficult fourth dimension reproducing the error in the cloned version of your class post-obit the same steps you lot've mentioned. I also tried simplifying the form but I however couldn't reproduce it. I will ask my colleague who was able to reproduce the problem. We'll go back to you with more than information. Thanks

• I have checked your form and I was able to reproduce the upshot with non being able to submit the form.

  The problem is that you lot have REQUIRED fields that are shown/hidden depending on user'due south respond.

  For example, these fields are shown if the answer to Question 7 is Yep.

  

  When the fields are hidden (Question vii is No), make certain they are ready to UNREQUIRED. (Add the post-obit condition to your form)

  Do the same for every field that is required and shown conditionally.
  Make sure to set it to UNREQUIRED when it is HIDDEN.

  Some other arroyo that I would propose is to make the fields UNREQUIRED past default and only brand them REQUIRED when they are SHOWN. (The conditions would exist the same for showing the fields and requiring them which is a bit more simple)
